We're Hiring: HR Director Consultant (Full-Time & Part-Time)Client-Facing | Onsite | Cleveland, OHConnectedHR is growing, and we're seeking an experienced HR Director Consultant to join our award-winning team. This role is available as both full-time and part-time, W-2 employment, with a consistent, ongoing schedule supporting clients onsite during standard business hours.ConnectedHR provides fractional HR support to small to mid-size companies, partnering closely with leadership teams to deliver strategic and hands-on HR solutions.This is not a side gig or 1099 contract role. It is an opportunity for seasoned HR leaders who thrive in a client-facing environment, balancing strategy, execution, and advisory responsibilities across complex business challenges.Our consultants are:Highly experienced HR professionals.Strategic thinkers who can operate both strategically and tactically.Confident advisors to executives and business owners.Collaborative, accountable, and results-driven.What You'll DoAs an HR Director Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to clients across multiple industries.
