A company is looking for a Government Insuring Specialist to audit and insure FHA & VA loans. Key Responsibilities Audit and insure every funded government loan to ensure compliance with FHA and VA requirements Prepare insuring packages aligned with specific agency requirements and manage timelines for Escrow Holdbacks and EEM mortgages Collaborate with the Post Closing team and escalate deficiencies or Post Endorsement requests as needed Required Qualifications 2+ years of recent Government Insuring or Post Close experience Experience with FHA Connection and VA WebLGY Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and manage time effectively Professional demeanor and ability to work independently while supporting a team atmosphere
