Their business has been booming lately and due to this growth, they need to add a talented Engineering Manager.Main duties include:Directly leading a team of Chemical Process EngineersEnsuring safety and quality goals/initiatives are metEnsuring the plant is adhering to ISO regulationsLead by example (training and helping others move up within the organization)Track plant KPI's and present reports to Sr. Directors and VP's on all plant initiativesWork closely with the Maintenance Manager and the Quality Manager on all technical projects throughout the facilityQualifications include:BS degree in Engineering (ideally Chemical)Strong chemical plant leadership experienceStrong quality, ISO and maintenance backgroundExceptional leadership skills
