Role : Lead Business AnalystLocation : Cleveland OH (Onsite) Duration :12 Months JOB DESCRIPTION:Lead business analysis for large multi stream programs driving requirements strategy process design and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high quality outcomes Key Responsibilities Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance Drive complex requirements elicitation user stories BRDFRD and end to end process design Conduct impact analysis process modeling and solution validation with architecture and QA.
