OH - $120 Microbiology Supervisor, Days 8 Hours

Microbiology Supervisor Specific work responsibilities: Ensure efficient operation of Microbiology lab. Creates optimal environment for all testing phases. Participates in Quality Improvement. Reviews QC and initiates corrective action when needed. Performs functions as spelled out for a CLIA General Supervisor. Provides oversight of testing/resulting performance. Assist staff with operational problem solutions. Provides guidance and develops workflow for move to new lab space. Mandatory qualifications: Five years of lab bench experience as a Lab Technologist, with a minimum of three years of full-time experience in a full-service Microbiology Lab. Experience with/knowledge of Regulatory Standards. Bachelor of Science Degree. What networks/systems will be needed: EPIC Beaker Required Licenses/Certifications: MT or MLS (ASCP) Desired Qualifications: Experience as a Microbiology Supervisor. Work Environment/Physical Requirements: Laboratory setting. Shift: Weekdays.
