SummaryThe Total Rewards Specialist supports the administration of leave of absence and workers' compensation programs while contributing to the broader Total Rewards function. This role ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience across benefits, retirement, and leave programs.ResponsibilitiesLead the administration of workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with applicable regulationsManage leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, personal leave, and other leave typesPartner with managers, HR, employees, and external vendors to resolve leave and claims mattersProcess and manage unemployment claims while ensuring accurate documentation and reportingSupport benefits administration by responding to employee inquiries and assisting with benefit enrollments and changesAssist with benefits education initiatives including orientations and open enrollment supportCollaborate with third-party administrators to support 401(k) plan operations, testing, and complianceProvide compensation support including job evaluations, benchmarking, and compensation analysisAssist with administration of PTO, holiday, and time off policies and provide guidance on accruals and usagePrepare reports and support compliance across Total Rewards programsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience4-6+ years of experience supporting leave of absence and workers' compensation programsExperience working with HRIS systems and benefits administration platformsKnowledge of relevant regulations including FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISAStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsSalary$76,000 - $85,000Hybrid
