Accounts Payable Clerk

Job DescriptionA management company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to pay utility bills, post receipts, and work in Yardi Software. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Job Requirements Qualified candidates must have previous Accounts Payable experience, must have the ability to pay utility bills and post receipts, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have a high level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking, must have the ability to work in accordance with established standards and procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times. Only candidates that can pass a background check and a drug screen will be considered. Yardi experience is preferred; however, training will be provided.
