Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated professional Sales Consultant to join our team and be a part of our Non-Stuffyness! In this role, you will consult clients regarding their needs and help them to understand the legal processes involved in estate planning, probate and Medicaid qualification; what to expect through the process, and how we can help them achieve their desired outcomes as quickly as possible. One thing to understand is that, as a law firm, we are not able to reach out directly to the public, unsolicited. For you, this means that there are NO COLD CALLSWhat you'll be doingManage your calendar of scheduled consultations to ensure enough time for your consultations as well as keeping up with your notes in the CRM. (We understand that you as a sales person may not love all of the admin that goes along with sales, but in a law firm, it is vital). Work with your intake team to make sure that consults being scheduled are qualified properly.Manage your follow ups to answer any additional questions that clients may have and cultivate new opportunities to close the deal. Conduct friendly consultations (phone, virtual, or in-office) to uncover clients' legal needs, concerns, and goals.Clearly explain atCAUSE's flat-fee services in simple, relatable terms and recommend tailored solutions that provide real value and peace of mind.Collaborate closely with our attorneys and support team to ensure accurate service recommendations and smooth handoffs.Manage the full sales process after intake through needs assessment, proposal presentation, objection handling, and closing.Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in our CRM system.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new client acquisition targets.Who you are2-5+ years of proven success in consultative sales, professional services, insurance, financial planning, or elder care-related fields. Having done so in a law firm environment would be a plus.Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, everyday language that puts people at ease.Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with being expected to hit sales targets.Experience with CRM systems (we use Zoho) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Familiarity with estate planning, probate, or any area of elder law is a strong plus, but a willingness to learn quickly is equally valued.You are competitive but also a team player. You need to want to top the leaderboard every month, but if you don't, let's cheer for the one who was.
