Product Data Coordinator/Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Product Data Coordinator/Specialist to join their team. As a Product Data Coordinator/Specialist, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting the Product and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Product Data Coordinator/Specialist Location:Clearwater, FL Pay Range:$30-34/hr What's the Job? Create COSMO codes for all PPD brands to ensure accurate product categorization and tracking. Must Have beauty/Fashion/ Luxe Experience.  Collaborate with Marketing to gather essential information such as ship dates, item details, and vendor data for BOM and fuel code creation. Accurately categorize codes based on item type to maintain data integrity and streamline processes. Track Assembly, PIM, and Finance approvals to ensure timely routing of codes and prevent delays. Provide the material codes and UPC codes back to Marketing once they are created, supporting seamless product launches. What's Needed? Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in code creation and data entry. Experience with product data management or related fields is preferred.
