ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThis is an opportunity to take ownership of a global supply chain and drive meaningful impact across sourcing, inventory, and operations for a growing manufacturing organization.You'll step into a role where your ability to align suppliers, reduce costs, and improve execution will directly influence performance across the business.WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn end-to-end supply chain strategy (sourcing, inventory, logistics, demand planning) with a focus on cost reduction, risk mitigation, quality improvement, and lead time reduction Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA standards Lead performance through data"”monitor inventory, fill rates, delivery timelines, and supplier metrics using ERP, Power BI, and other tools Oversee procurement and budgeting, lead a team, and drive continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain operations WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree required; Business or Systems preferred 5-10 years in supply chain management, including supplier negotiations Strong financial, inventory, and data analysis skills Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and procurement tools Ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate effectively Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUDirect ownership of a global supply chain function with real decision-making authority Opportunity to make visible, measurable impact across cost, efficiency, and performance Growth environment where improvements are recognized and implemented quickly HOW TO APPLYInterested?
