We take pride in the work we create and deliverWe are looking to add Metal Finishers/General Shop Labor to our manufacturing team.Duties and Responsibilities:~ Work from specifications and instructions to apply various metal finishes on all size weldments.~ Assist with welding process.~ Assemble components using hand power tools, grinders and other hand tools needed to complete the job requirements.~ Crate and package outgoing equipment.~ Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.~ Follow safety procedures and policies.Requirements:~ Ability to use a variety of hand power tools, grinders, and other hand tools.~ Display a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow.~ Demonstrate safe work practices creating a safe working environment for self and others.~ Ability to work independently or with others.~ Ability to follow work instructions.Preferred:~ Experience with sanitary equipment metal finishing.Employee Benefits:~ Competitive Pay Rate.~ Medical Insurance - Includes the Mayo Clinic & UofM as "In-Network" providers.~ 401(k) with Company Match.~ Accrued Sick Leave.~ Paid Time Off (PTO).~ Paid Holidays~ Uniforms.~ Bi-Weekly Friday Paycheck - Direct Deposit.Expected hours: 40 - 48 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
