Your Role As a Tax Office Associate Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our retail office during tax season. You will help exceed client expectations and provide operational direction within the tax office. Your journey begins with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall, transitioning to full-time from January through April. Key Qualifications: Experience supervising or managing a team is a plus. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your Responsibilities: Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader as the onsite point of contact for associates and clients, ensuring quality execution and promoting H&R Block's value. Hold tax office associates accountable for their client service performance, escalating issues as necessary. Address escalated client service concerns effectively. Ensure optimal client scheduling and resolution of conflicts. Actively engage with clients at the front desk, enhancing their experience. Organize daily activities to ensure associates are scheduled and tasks meet deadlines with a focus on quality. Lead daily huddles to communicate essential information to the team. What You Bring: Prior customer service experience or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations. A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Why Join H&R Block?
