HR Generalist Opportunity Incredible opportunity to join a stable company as an HR Generalist. In this role, the HR Generalist will be responsible for enforcing company policies and practices, maintaining compliance, coordinating recruiting efforts, assisting with training and development, tracking application/interview status, conducting new hire onboarding, assisting with annual audits, owning the administration of the company's compensation and benefit plans, handling 401K compliance, monitoring and tracking employee PTO, and processing multi-state correspondence for unemployment and disability. The ideal candidate for this role should have a thorough understanding of general human resources policies/procedures, employment-related laws and regulations, and the ability to multitask and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
