Pharmacist in Charge - Clark, SD

A retail and long-term care pharmacy is seeking an Interim Pharmacist in Charge for an 8 to 13-week contract, with the possibility of extension. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM and requires a licensed pharmacist to oversee the distribution of prescribed medications while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers. Provide patients and customers with detailed information regarding their medications and proper usage. Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and safety. Supervise pharmacy operations in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active pharmacist license in South Dakota. Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
