Role DescriptionAt The Kind Home Buyer, you will become the face of our company to investors, buyers, contractors, agents, and partners across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.That is why it is imperative the person in this role embodies our values - Loyalty, Consistency, Collaboration, Striving to Win, and Presence. As an Account Executive & Project Manager, the relationships you build, the deals you negotiate, and the projects you help manage will directly impact the growth of the company.This role combines relationship-based real estate sales with some project and renovation management. You will primarily sell off-market real estate opportunities, build and maintain buyer relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, coordinate closings, and help determine the best exit strategy for each property.You will also help manage select renovation and flip projects by building contractor relationships, creating scopes of work, negotiating with vendors, walking properties, coordinating projects, and helping ensure renovations stay on schedule and on budget.Compensation PackageOTE: $135,000+Sign on bonusBonus upon completion of Real Estate License (paid by The Kind Home Buyer)Featured BenefitsCompetitive Compensation PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)On-Site GymReal Estate License paid for
