This role will provide recruiting support during a scheduled leave of absence and requires a recruiter who can step in quickly and work independently.This is an 8-10 week contract opportunity paying $35-$40 per hour. The position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.Job SummaryThe Temporary Professional-Level Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of salaried professional roles across corporate and manufacturing environments. This individual must be comfortable managing multiple requisitions with minimal direction in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for salaried professional roles, which may include buyer/planners, process engineers, creative designers, corporate office roles, and manufacturing supervisors or managersSource, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managersPartner with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelinesMaintain job postings, applicant flow, and candidate activity in the ADP Recruiting Module or a similar applicant tracking systemCoordinate interviews, scheduling, feedback, and offer process supportDeliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processManage multiple priorities independently and meet recruiting deadlinesQualifications5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at the professional level (corporate, agency, or blended)Proven ability to independently manage a full requisition workloadExperience recruiting across multiple job families, including technical, creative, corporate, and salaried manufacturing rolesStrong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelinesExperience using ADP Recruiting Module required, or comparable ATS experience with the ability to ramp up quicklyStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
