Senior Financial Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of finance and business strategy and will have high visibility with senior leadership.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning analysis, influencing decisions, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D leaders in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning and analysis for various functions - budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelingAct as a true business partner to cross-functional teams by delivering insights that drive revenue growth and profitabilityDevelop, refine, and monitor key commercial KPIs (e.g., pricing, volume, customer retention, pipeline health)Analyze pricing and profitability to support strategic decision-makingPrepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting to senior leadershipIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3-7+ years of relevant financial analysis experience (commercial, GTM, or FP&A experience strongly preferred)Strong financial modeling and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel proficiency; experience with tools like Power BI, or similar is a plusAbility to clearly communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholdersExperience operating in complex or fast-growing organizations preferredCPA or MBA is a plus, not required
