Senior Accountant

I'm currently partnering with a well-established and growing real estate development/property management company in Cincinnati that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their corporate team.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the accounting for a portfolio of properties, partnering with operations leadership, and working in a collaborative, community-focused environment.What they're looking for: • 5+ years of accounting experience • Strong GL, financial reporting, and reconciliations background • Multi-entity experience preferred • Advanced Excel skills • Real estate/property management experience is a plus (Yardi exposure helpful)What you'd be doing: • Managing accounting for a regional commercial & multi-family portfolio • Preparing monthly/quarterly/year-end financials • Forecasting income, expenses, and capital projects • Partnering closely with property management and operations leadership • Helping leadership make decisions through reporting, trends, and analysis
