Commercial Estimator Specialist

Position: Estimator Division: Commercial Production | Supervisor: VP of Sales About the Role Join Kingdom Roofing Systems as a skilled Estimator in our commercial sales division. Collaborate with our dynamic Sales team to spot opportunities, prepare competitive bids, and ensure project success. Your Responsibilities: Identify and pursue fresh commercial bid opportunities. Conduct thorough take-offs from prints and perform site visits. Draft budgets, proposals, and comprehensive bid packages. Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing. A commitment to continuous learning and excellence. What We Seek Required Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in construction estimation and project management. Proficient in The Edge, Xactimate, or similar estimating software. Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications (preferred, but not mandatory). Experience with Acculynx or similar CRM software. Background in customer service. Work Schedule: Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Flexibility: Seasonal schedules may vary based on weather and project demands (minimum 40 hours/week).
