Position SummaryThe Inventory & Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient shipping and receiving, and warehouse readiness to support production and project execution. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, accountability, and collaboration across Operations and Production teams out of our Texas location.Essential Job Functions:Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate, real-time inventory records across company systemsPerform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliationsIdentify and resolve inventory discrepanciesAnalyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and prevent shortagesSupport continuous improvement of inventory control processesShipping & ReceivingReceive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments for accuracy and qualityPrepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipmentsTrack shipments and proactively address delivery issuesSupport freight coordination and logistics requirementsWarehouse OperationsMaintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environmentEnsure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and accessibleFollow warehouse safety, handling, and storage standardsAssisting in loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipmentsProduction & Project SupportStage inventory and materials for Production and project buildsPartner with Production to ensure materials are available and accurateCommunicate inventory constraints that could impact timelinesPerformance ExpectationsHigh inventory accuracy with minimal discrepanciesTimely and accurate shipping and receiving executionProduction materials staged correctly and on timeOrganized, safe, and audit-ready warehouseProactive issue identification and resolutionRequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environmentClear and proactive communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong sense of accountability and ownershipHigh school diploma required and advanced education in supply chain or logistics considered a plusPreferred Qualifications3-5 years prior experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operationsExperience working closely with production or project teamsFamiliarity with inventory or ERP systems (preferred, not required)Forklift certification or experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the workdayAbility to lift up to standard warehouse weight limits with or without assistance (40 lbs)Comfortable working in a warehouse environmentWork EnvironmentOnsite warehouse and operations settingFast-paced, execution-driven environmentCollaboration with Operations and Production teamsWhy Join Us:Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge technologies and a team of experts dedicated to driving innovation.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing company.Client Focused and Fun: We have a strong commitment to doing the right thing for our clients and having a fun time doing it.Benefits:AbeTech offers a benefit package, which includes health and dental insurance that can be purchased for you and your dependents.
