Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Family Medicine for a contract role in Chowchilla, CA. RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.Maintains medical records. REQUIREMENTS:BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD/DO)2 years minimum experienceValid CA LicenseCurrent DEA Certificate HOURS:40 hours - 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts.Patient Load 8-12 AdultsPay 225.00 hourly
