This role works closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection through new hire onboarding. The Recruiter helps ensure all hiring and onboarding processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational policies. Essential Functions: Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external recruitment-related inquiries and provides support throughout the hiring process. Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment activities to attract and identify qualified candidates. Manages job postings and supports candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to facilitate an efficient hiring process. Maintains accurate recruitment records and candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS. Communicateswith candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensurea positiveand professional candidate experience. Supports the pre-employment lifecycle. Manages the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation, administering requiredtrainings, and conducting follow-up check-ins (30, 60, and 90 days) to support successful integration into the organization. Assists with new hire orientation and helps ensure onboarding processes are completed in collaboration with internal departments. Maintains recruitment and onboarding data and prepares reports as requested. Supports recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, hiring events, and employer branding activities. Assists with Human Resources projects and initiatives as needed. Stays current on recruitment trends and employment practices by seeking professional development opportunities. Attends scheduled meetings as required.
