Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and hiring decisions. Training and Development: Identify and assess training needs within the company, design and implement training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review procedures, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Employee Relations: Manage workplace conflicts and ensure a positive work environment. Promote and enact policies related to work relationships, equal opportunity, and workplace ethics. Policy Development and Documentation: Create, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures. Legal Compliance: Ensure the company’s compliance with all current employment legislation and regulations. Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and execute diversity and inclusion strategies. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus. Relevant Experience in Human Resources or related fields. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.) Knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to be involved in a volunteer assignment.
