This role manages a high-volume pipeline of candidates for field-based roles across multiple markets. Success in this role requires urgency, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly identify and move qualified candidates through the hiring process. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume requisition load across multiple locations and marketsGenerate candidate flow through job boards, database mining, referrals, and outbound sourcingConduct a high volume of daily outreach (calls, texts, emails) to active and passive candidatesComplete behavioral-based phone screens and quickly assess candidate fitMaintain consistent pipeline movement from application to offerPartner closely with hiring managers to meet weekly hiring targetsTrack and manage recruiting activity, including call volume, submissions, interviews, and hiresMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATSEnsure a positive, efficient candidate experience while moving at speed Performance Expectations (Typical Metrics)High daily call and outreach volumeConsistent candidate pipeline generationWeekly hiring and fill-rate goalsTimely follow-up and candidate communicationAbility to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. QualificationsComfortable working in a metric-driven, fast-paced environmentStrong communication and persuasion skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems Preferred SkillsExperience in high-volume, hourly, or field recruitingFamiliarity with job boards such as Indeed and LinkedInStrong sense of urgency and follow-through Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred1–2 years of recruiting, sales, customer service, or high-volume phone-based experience preferred Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computers, including Internet, e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) abilities.
