Responsibilities: * Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities and routines * Support students with learning tasks and transitions * Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment * Supervise students during play and instructional time * Provide individual support to students as needed * Support and uphold the mission and values of a Catholic school through positive interactions and modeling Christian behavior Qualifications: * Experience working with young children preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff * Positive attitude and willingness to support student needs The Archdiocese of Chicago offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and benefit programs. An employee's pay within the hourly rate range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
