A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a school setting focusing on cooperative programming for students from Early Childhood through 8th grade. This contract position for the 2026-2027 academic year offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student growth and development through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs within the cooperative programming caseload. Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Conduct functional behavior assessments and utilize data-driven decision-making to adjust plans accordingly. Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring consistent with program standards. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience supporting students in a school environment, particularly within cooperative programming. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage a caseload and maintain compliance with relevant educational and behavioral regulations.
