You'll also collaborate closely with leadership to strengthen our workplace culture and advance strategic objectives. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field A minimum of five years of progressively responsible HR experience Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations from initial review through resolution Proficiency with employee performance management programs and processes Experience supporting organizational change management Experience with mergers, acquisitions or integration efforts (preferred) This role is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana, and requires full-time, on-site work.
