Job Title: Marketing & Growth Manager (Multi-Unit Retail)Reports To: CEO Direct Reports: 2 Marketing Specialists,Pay: Salary, 65k-80k per yearLocation: Chesterfield, MOExecutive SummaryAs the Marketing & Growth Manager for a multi-brand pet retail portfolio (TreatsUnleashed, Bone-A-Patreat,), you are responsible for driving foot traffic to 26 locationswhile scaling a high-growth e-commerce platform. You will transition our marketing fromactivity-based to data-driven ensuring our brand legacy is protected as we grow.Key Strategic ResponsibilitiesOmni-Channel Strategy & ROI? Develop and lead the Annual Integrated Marketing Plan with a focus onSame-Store Sales Growth and New Customer Acquisition.? Manage the marketing budget and report monthly on ROAS (Return on AdSpend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). .? Bridge the gap between digital and physical.? Assortment Strategy: Collaborate and participate in the growth of brands in-store.Create marketing activities that drive the growth of strategic brands.? Merchandising Synergy: Collaborate on visual merchandising strategy to ensure In-Store Brand Performance is optimized through high-impact endcaps, educationalsignage, and strategic product placement that mirrors our digital campaigns.? Vendor Relations: Act as the primary marketing contact for our top 20 vendors,negotiating Co-op Marketing funds and exclusive product launches to drive competitiveadvantage.Brand Management & Content? Maintain a distinct Brand Voice for each of our retail concepts while leveragingshared resources for efficiency.? Oversee the creative direction for all in-store and digital assets, ensuring aPremium aesthetic that justifies our specialty price points.? Protect the Founder Legacy by ensuring community-focused storytellingremains at the heart of our larger corporate growth.E-commerce & Digital Evolution? Partner with external agencies to optimize SEO and SEM performance.? Lead the marketing side of our loyalty program, using purchase data to createhyper-personalized email and SMS campaigns.? Lead the team in creating high-quality, viral content from live events to fuelsocial media channels.Other? High-Impact Event Leadership? Negotiate and manage high-value sponsorshipsThe Profile: What We Are Looking For? Preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years in the Multi-Location Retail.? The Strategist: You don't just post on social, you understand how a postimpacts the P&L.? The Creative Technical: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Updated Requirements & Compensation? Experience: 3-5 years in Retail Marketing; 2+ years in a leadership role.? Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
