Delivery Manager

Job Description: 15+ years in IT service management, with specific experience in banking systems, Asset Management or financial data flows. Very good experience in leading end-to-end transition and stabilization of enterprise application Experience in Designed and delivered enterprise application platforms, execution of technology investments. Experience in managing integration and transition of applications across Finance, Risk, ALM, and Capital Markets, including governance, cutover planning, and stabilization. Experience in Implementing FinOps, TBM, and allocation and chargeback models, strengthening technology financial governance. Experience with Agile methodologies and working with a wide range of stakeholders across business and technology. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Roles & Responsibilities Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for business units, providing updates on system performance and addressing concerns. Problem Management: Manage application delivery & performance, lead root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term solutions. Release Management: Coordinate the deployment and go-live of new application features, ensuring minimal disruption. Risk & Compliance: Implement controls to manage operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Team Leadership: Mentor technical staff and collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery methodologies.
