Senior Payroll and Time & Attendance Specialist (UKG Ready Focus) Overview: We are looking for a highly knowledgeable payroll professional to serve as our internal hands-on and go to expert for payroll, time and attendance, compliance, and the UKG Ready platform. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands payroll fundamentals and wants to become the product and system authority our team and clients rely on. What You Will Do: • Act as the subject matter expert for payroll, time and attendance, and compliance • Ensure client payroll and timekeeping setups align with federal, state, and local regulations • Review configurations to ensure accuracy and prevent downstream issues • Support complex payroll scenarios including accruals, shift differentials, union dues, garnishments, and advanced time rules • Become an expert in UKG Ready and understand the system inside and out • Own advanced system and payroll escalations from start to resolution • Advise on system capabilities, configuration options, and best practice setups • Help document standards, best practices, and recurring scenarios What We Are Looking For: • Extensive hands on payroll experience • Strong understanding of time and attendance and compliance requirements • Knowledge of payroll workflows, calculations, and controls • Familiarity with payroll taxes is a strong plus • Experience with UKG Ready or similar platforms preferred • Healthcare payroll experience is a plus • Clear communicator with strong problem solving skills • Detail oriented and process focused Join a collaborative, supportive team where your expertise directly impacts clients and internal operations.
