Candidates meeting minimum qualifications will be recommended for the scored oral examinations (interviews). Top candidates successfully passing the oral interview(s) will be sent to the background process. Conditional offers will be made to those candidates successfully passing the background, with the number of offers being proportionate to the number of vacancies.
