Are you an execution-focused delivery leader who can drive day-to-day progress across technology workstreams while ensuring alignment to priorities and delivery standards? In this role, you will manage the delivery of features, initiatives, and workstreams across one or more technology products or projects. You will apply established delivery practices, address moderately complex challenges, and provide frontline insights to support continuous improvement and efficient execution. The Delivery Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of defined workstreams, features, and initiatives within one or more technology products or projects. This role implements established organizational procedures and delivery practices, supports management objectives, and provides frontline insights to inform continuous improvement. They apply well-developed subject matter expertise to execute delivery responsibilities, manage moderately complex issues, and ensure work is completed efficiently and in alignment with agreed priorities. What You'll Do: * Improve and refine delivery procedures, standards, and practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and consistency. * Implement operational delivery plans aligned to strategic objectives and portfolio priorities. * Provide leadership across smaller initiatives, functional areas, or components of larger programs, with budget tracking responsibility. * Monitor delivery performance, key metrics, and outcomes; analyze trends and report insights to senior management. * Resolve delivery problems using advanced expertise and experience, balancing multiple and sometimes competing priorities. * Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints across teams and portfolios. * Apply subject matter expertise to balance delivery commitments, technical considerations, and stakeholder expectations. * Contribute to portions of larger initiatives or own specific workstreams, ensuring alignment with broader project goals. * Manage release coordination, production readiness activities, and collaboration with operations and support teams. * Use delivery tools (e.g., Jira) to maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and transparency. * Manage the delivery of projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Manage less complex vendor relationships, ensuring integration with internal processes and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, or Agile environments. * Demonstrated working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices. * Demonstrated success in delivery management in a complex, fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage moderately complex, non-routine situations. * Effective communication and collaboration skills.
