Warehouse Associate (5:00am-1:30pm)

Candidate Source is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for a growing logistics company in Charlottesville, VA (Barracks Rd area). What You'll Do: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly-from receiving inbound shipments to preparing outbound orders. You'll work with a dedicated team to ensure products are handled safely, stored properly, and shipped on time. Key ResponsibilitiesUnload inbound shipments and verify product accuracy Receive and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Pick, stage, and load outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training provided) Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures Support other departments as needed, including inventory control and order fulfillment Contribute to a positive team culture by communicating clearly and offering process improvement ideas What We're Looking ForPrior warehouse or logistics experience preferred (training available) Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanners is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift Strong attention to detail and reliability High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen #IND11
