Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare benefits industry, is seeking a VP Sales Retiree Healthcare to join their team. As a VP Sales Retiree Healthcare, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Retiree Benefits Division. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: VP Sales Retiree Healthcare Location:Preferably Rhode Island, but position is fully remote for sales Pay Range: Up to $190,000 (commesurate with experience) What's the Job? Drive net-new sales for the company's retiree medical vertical across the nation Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal and negotiation Develop and maintain a disciplined pipeline focused on acquiring new clients and revenue streams Build and strengthen relationships with benefit consultants, brokers, and advisory firms Engage with senior-level buyers such as HR leaders, benefits directors, and public-sector stakeholders to align solutions with their objectives What's Needed? 5+ years of experience selling retiree medical benefits or related healthcare solutions Proven success in complex B2B healthcare benefits, insurance, or consultative sales environments Experience working with broker and consultant channels to generate new business Ability to operate independently within a growth-oriented environment Knowledge of ERISA-governed benefit plans, public sector, or municipal employers is highly valued What's in it for me?
