This opportunity is based out of Charlotte, NC and will be remote (you will just be traveling to different sites around these areas). The Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and securing these opportunities. While the focus is on acquiring properties from homeowners, the Acquisition Specialist may also interact with investors who are interested in purchasing these properties. This could involve negotiating deals, understanding investor needs, and ensuring that the properties meet their investment criteria.Responsibilities: Attending scheduled appointments with homeowners to evaluate properties.Following up with homeowners after appointments to maintain communication and move forward with potential deals.Cold calling targeted lists and old leads to generate new appointments.CRM review to ensure no red tasks or past due steps, keeping all aspects of CRM up to date (notes, tasks, calls, next steps)Meetings as required:Weekly Acquisitions Department MeetingDaily Pipeline and Deal Review callWeekly Acquisition TrainingWeekly Transaction Review callKeys for Success:Clear and effective communication with all team membersExtreme ownership of performanceActive and continual prospecting to fill the pipeline with self-generated leadsHigh appointment attendance with no missed appointmentsMaintaining a positive, 'can-do' attitude and brainstorming ways to make things workEfficient time managementFostering a positive, team-oriented culture where feedback is encouragedSelf-education and requesting support as neededBasic tech-savviness and adaptability to new software or applications
