Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized marketer who thrives in a cross-functional environment and can lead end-to-end campaign execution across complex stakeholder groups.You will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on lifecycle communications and customer engagement. This position supports initiatives across age-restricted categories, including alcohol and retail media networks, and requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end campaign strategy, including planning, ideation, execution, and performance analysisDevelop campaign messaging and guide copy and creative asset development in partnership with internal teamsManage campaign workflows, timelines, and approvals across multiple stakeholders and vendorsExecute and schedule campaigns across various marketing platformsConduct post-campaign reporting and translate performance data into actionable insightsPartner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and other internal teams to align on campaign objectivesEnsure all communications align with brand standards and regulatory requirementsMaintain strong organization across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or lifecycle marketingProven ability to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completionStrong project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to analyze campaign performance and translate data into insights and recommendationsExperience working in highly cross-functional environmentsRobert Half works to put you in the best position to succeed.
