Recruiter - Workforce Solutions Division (Accounting & Finance)At Kavaliro, we help solve problems for our clients. Within our Workforce Solutions Division, that means helping companies find the right talent for critical openings on their teams. We specialize in professional staffing solutions across Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Technology, Engineering and beyond. Our delivery teams support commercial retail clients, large VMS-run organizations, and Government contracts within the Department of Defense.We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong focus in Accounting & Finance staffing to join our delivery team.The jobOur recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and managing candidates for outside clients. We are what you would consider "full lifecycle" recruiters, maintaining relationships with consultants and candidates from first outreach through placement and beyond. We aim for one start a week.This particular role will focus heavily on Accounting & Finance positions including, but not limited to:Staff AccountantsSenior AccountantsAccounts Payable & Accounts Receivable professionalsPayroll specialistsFinancial AnalystsControllersTax professionalsAudit professionalsBookkeepersCFO and executive-level finance leadershipOur clients range from small and mid-sized businesses to enterprise organizations needing contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire finance talent.Kavaliro invests heavily in access to standard recruiting tools and encourages recruiters to bring new ideas to the table. Bring it up.Each Workforce Solutions branch has an assigned HR Coordinator to handle onboarding, but our recruiters are responsible for assisting candidates throughout the hiring process. You will sometimes need to chase down documents, coordinate interviews, manage offer timelines, and nudge consultants to get their time cards in.There is more to Kavaliro than just the Workforce Solutions Division. All recruiter positions work in-office with remote Fridays.What we need you to bring-2+ years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency environment, preferably focused on Accounting & Finance rolesExperience recruiting for contract staffing, contract-to-hire placements, and direct hire opportunitiesFamiliarity with Accounting & Finance terminology, career paths, and compensation structuresAbility to recruit across multiple levels of finance talent, from transactional accounting support to executive leadershipStrong sourcing and relationship-building skills, with confidence conducting outbound calls and candidate qualification conversationsExperience working within ATS and CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus)Ability to manage multiple job orders and priorities in a fast-paced staffing environmentIt would be great if you also had exposure to high-volume VMS clients, Government staffing, or recruiting within adjacent professional verticals such as HR, Technology, or Operations. We do not require a Bachelor's Degree but give preference to candidates with heavy exposure to the business world through education or experience. The commission plan on contract roles is tiered "” the more you bring in, the higher your commission tier. Direct Hire commission is a competitive percentage of the fee collected.
