Required Skills Valid and current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in West VirginiaMinimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experienceCertification in ACLS, BLS, and PALSStrong clinical skills in general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac anesthesiaProficiency with Cerner EMR systemAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional patient care and communication skillsNice to Have Skills Experience working in outpatient surgical centers and hospitals simultaneouslyFlexibility to work weekend shifts or alternative schedules as neededAbility to adapt to various surgical procedures and patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience Accredited Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse AnesthesiaOver 2 years of post-qualification anesthesia experience in diverse clinical settingsOther Requirements Willingness to work night shifts (5x8-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00)Ability to obtain credentialing within 60-90 daysWilling to work variable schedules, including weekends, with availability for 2-3 weeks per monthCompensation and Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $205.14 (all-inclusive, covering travel, overtime, and holidays when not worked)Weekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2 employment)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable24/7 dedicated support team committed to your successIf you are a qualified CRNA ready to elevate your career and make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply today.
