What You ll Do: Provide expert anesthesia support across diverse units including Burn, Neuro, GI, Cardiac, Rad Oncology, and more embracing variety and challenging cases. Collaborate with anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs to deliver safe, patient-centered care to all age groups. Work flexible 10-hour day shifts (Monday through Sunday) with opportunities to move around different hospital units, ensuring a stimulating and varied workday. What We Need From You: Current certification by AANA and licensure to practice in North Carolina (or eligible via IMLC). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment at a Level 1 trauma center. Flexibility to work any day of the week, with the ability to accommodate a dynamic schedule. Experience working with diverse patient populations across multiple specialties. Strong teamwork skills and adaptability. Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in trauma, neuro, or high-acuity settings. Additional certifications or training in specialized procedures or areas. References readily available upon request to validate your expertise. Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience in a hospital setting. Proven ability to handle complex cases independently. Certification by NBCRNA and current license in North Carolina (willing to license via IMLC). Other Requirements: Willingness to complete credentialing within 45-60 days. No requests for time off in June or July, and limited Friday-offs schedule flexibility is essential. Must work around specific procedural limitations if applicable. Compensation at a highly competitive rate of $206.70 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
