This role is ideal for someone who can own the full website lifecycle"”from planning and design through development, optimization, and maintenance"”while operating independently within a small, agile team.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end website planning, architecture, and development effortsDevelop, maintain, and enhance Joomla-based websitesWrite and maintain custom code using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptImplement and manage SEO best practices to improve site visibility and performanceEnsure a strong focus on user experience (UX) and intuitive designTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for performance and scalabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored web solutionsRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with Full Scope PolygraphProven experience with Joomla development and administrationStrong experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with custom code development and website customizationSolid understanding of SEO principles and implementationExperience designing and optimizing for user experience (UX)Ability to work independently as a solo developer within a small team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting government or intelligence community programsFamiliarity with secure web development practices
