This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to motivate recruiters while driving results.About the RoleWe are looking for a leader who can recruit top trade talent, coach and develop recruiting teams, and help grow our presence with local and regional construction clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic market.ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and develop a team of trade recruiters supporting local and regional accounts and project staffing needsBuild and maintain pipelines of qualified skilled trades candidates including electricians, plumbers, HVAC, welders, pipefitters, and other construction professionalsMonitor recruiting activity, team performance, and hiring metrics to ensure goals and quotas are metConduct interviews, coach recruiters on candidate qualification techniques, and improve recruiting processesPartner with sales and operations teams to support workforce planning and client hiring needsHelp create recruiting strategies to attract top talent across multiple marketsMaintain a high-energy, positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and growthAssist with onboarding, retention efforts, and workforce development initiativesQualificationsPrevious recruiting leadership or management experience preferredStaffing or skilled trades/construction recruiting background strongly preferredBilingual English/Spanish is a plusStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentExperience mentoring, coaching, and developing teamsHigh energy, self-motivated, and competitive mindsetProficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsPay range and compensation packageFast-growing company with strong leadership and career growth opportunities.
