Job Description:
We are seeking two contingent Benefits Testing Analysts to provide execution support during a high volume benefits and payroll testing period. These roles will focus on validating benefits configuration, benefit deductions, and payroll aligned outcomes in Workday to ensure accurate and compliant results through year end delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute functional and regression testing for Workday Benefits configuration, including:Benefit eligibility rules and benefit groupsBenefit plan updates and cross plan dependenciesEnrollment events related to employee changesValidate benefit deductions and alignment with payroll, including timing, rounding, and effective dating scenariosExecute assigned test scripts, document results, and clearly capture defects and test evidenceSupport system, acceptance, and payroll related testing cycles as neededPartner with benefits SMEs, payroll, and product teams to validate fixes and retest outcomesProvide concise testing status updates and defect summariesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in Benefits administration, benefits testing, or HR systems testingHands on experience testing Workday Benefits (plans, eligibility, enrollment events, deductions)Strong understanding of benefit deduction logic and payroll interactionExperience executing structured test cases and documenting results in enterprise environments
