About the Role:We are a Part 145 in Chandler, looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily shop operations in a professional, safety-focused aviation repair environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards, and keeping work flowing efficiently on the shop floor.This position is ideal for an "A" or "A&P"-certified professional who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high quality standards, and working in a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled facility.Passing of pre-employment drug testing is required.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and direct maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alteration activities in accordance with approved maintenance data and the company Quality ManualAssign and prioritize work to technicians to ensure timely, accurate completionEnsure maintenance tasks are performed in the proper sequence and required inspections are completedServe as a backup Quality Inspector when neededVerify tools and test equipment used for airworthiness determinations are properly labeled and compliantReview stock and material requests related to ongoing workOversee completion and accuracy of all required maintenance and production documentationIdentify, address, and escalate quality or compliance issues to the Quality Department as neededParticipate in daily production meetings to report progress and manage shop workloadPromote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementExperience: Management: 2 years (Required)Part 145 Repair station: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification: Airframe License (Required)Additional Requirements:Valid "A" or "A&P" Mechanic Certificate (required)Prior leadership or supervisory experience (required)Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and quality systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectivelyStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyWhy Join Us?Stable, full-time positionTemperature-controlled shop environmentOpportunity to lead and make a direct impact on shop operations and qualityProfessional, team-oriented workplaceA leadership role with real authority "” not just a titleOpportunity to influence and improve shop processesBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
