Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInternship Duration: 8 weeksLocation: Chambersburg, PAReports To : HR & Talent Acquisition Business PartnerEligible for internship creditAbout the RoleUnder the guidance of the HR & Talent Acquisition Business Partner, the HR Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting multi-site recruiting and broader human resources initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a college junior or senior to apply classroom learning to real-world HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities· Assist with full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles across multiple sites.· Post job openings on internal and external job boards.· Review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.· Support candidate communication and interview scheduling.· Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting dashboards.· Assist with onboarding paperwork, new-hire documentation, and compliance tasks.· Participate in HR meetings and contribute to special projects.· Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications· Junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.· Strong interest in recruiting and HR operations.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).· Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.· Must be able to work on-site in Chambersburg, PA.What You’ll Gain· Hands-on experience in multi-site recruiting and HR best practices.· Exposure to applicant tracking systems, compliance processes, and onboarding workflows.· Strengthened communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.· Insight into how HR strategies support overall business goals and workforce planning.Generally, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with required flexibility to support our 24/7 manufacturing environment.
