General Labor Technician - Centerville, UT

Position: General Labor Technician Location: Centerville, Utah At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners restore their homes - and peace of mind - after unexpected damage. As a General Labor Technician, you'll support our In-House Tradesman team in rebuilding and restoring homes and businesses. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training, offering the opportunity to learn valuable skills and grow into a career in the trades. We're looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping others. What You'll Do * Assist skilled trades team members with carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring projects * Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, site setup, and cleanup * Support basic installation and repair work under supervision * Help prepare surfaces for painting and finishing * Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly care for tools and equipment * Work safely and respectfully in homes and commercial spaces * Communicate professionally with team members and customers Job Requirements * Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. * Dedication to customer service and teamwork. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, all seasons). * Basic familiarity with hand and power tools (training provided). * Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, or weekends as needed. * Written and verbal fluency in English.
