Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor specializing in Landscape Hardscape to lead our landscaping team. This role involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor structures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring project quality, safety, and efficiency while supervising a team of skilled landscapers and horticulturists.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise landscape hardscape projects from start to finish, including installation of patios, walls, pathways, and other structuresCoordinate daily operations on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within scopeOversee the work of crew members, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety standardsPlan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress throughout each project phaseEnsure all work complies with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulationsMaintain equipment and tools necessary for landscape construction and maintenance tasksAssist with landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care, gardening, irrigation setup, tree care, and horticulture practices when neededRequirementsProven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or construction with a focus on hardscape projectsSupervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environmentsStrong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, horticulture, irrigation systems, tree care, and general landscape maintenanceExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelySkilled in project planning, organization, and problem-solvingAbility to read blueprints and technical drawings related to landscape hardscape designPhysical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and operating equipment safelyCommitment to safety protocols and quality workmanshipThis position offers an opportunity to lead innovative landscaping projects while working in a dynamic outdoor environment.
