Maintenance Worker 3pm-11pm

We have both full time and part time positions available. You must be able to work weekends and 3pm-11pm. Pay based on experience.Reporting to the Chief Engineer, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:· Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service· Respond to Guest Calls· Completes Work Orders· Repairs Electrical work· Plumbing repair· Mechanical repairs· Pool testing· Preventative Maintenance· Painting· HVAC· Spackling· Light landscaping· Be able to lift more than 50lbs.· Any and all Engineering or Maintenance related items neededMust be available to work weekends.
