Non-Invasive Cardiology opening in Cedar Rapids, IACedar Rapids; Des Moines 100mOverview and BenefitsEstablished team of 15 physicians and 8 Advanced Practitioners Established practice serving the Cedar Rapids community, and satellite outreach clinics in Anamosa, Manchester, and 3 other communities.Diverse practice covers sub-specialization in interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, peripheral vascular and electrophysiology.Part of a large multi-specialty group, including primary care, providing a built-in referral base.Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the communityFull-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient accessFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordinationResponsibilities:Clinic hours: M-F 830AM-5PMShared call among the providersPractice is a mix of inpatient and outpatientAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveEvaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient carePatient-focused, xijylhu friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skillsQualifications:M.D.or D.O.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology; Board exam must be completed within one year of hire dateAbility to work as a team memberExcellent communication, written and verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
