Hours Per Day: 6:30am-9:00am Monday - Friday Type of Position: (X) Continuing ( ) Temporary Location: East Bethel Elementary School Salary: $16.67 - $17.01 per hour, depending on qualifications and according to the Unaffiliated Work Agreement Supervisor of Position: Chris Spindler-Schlottman, Kids Connection Program Manager Qualifications: We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is comfortable and experienced in working with students of challenging behaviors. Skilled in positive behavior intervention 18 years of age or older, required. Training and experience related to child development, child guidance, cultural dynamics, communication, and activities is desired. Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills with adults and children. Help to establish a physical environment that encourages all children to assume responsibility for developing their social, physical and intellectual skills. Participate in the development and implementation of creative and research based procedures for enabling special needs children to thrive at Kids Connection. First Aid and CPR Certification, preferred.
