Full-Time | Salary + Performance IncentivesOverview The Referral Development Liaison is responsible for building, strengthening, and maintaining relationships that generate qualified referrals for the organization. This role focuses on outreach, partnership cultivation, territory growth, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, goal-driven, and highly comfortable engaging with community partners and provider networks. Key ResponsibilitiesReferral Growth & Outreach Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to increase incoming referrals. Conduct regular field visits to clinics, pediatric offices, schools, community organizations, and other referral sources. Present company services and value proposition to potential partners. Track outreach activity and referral trends. Relationship Management Build positive, lasting relationships with case managers, physicians, schools, care coordinators, and community agencies. Serve as the main point of contact for referral partners, ensuring timely communication and consistent follow-up. Host and participate in community events, resource fairs, and networking meetings. Brand Representation Represent the organization professionally in the community. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings, insurance requirements, and intake processes. Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional materials Data & Reporting Document weekly outreach activities and referral pipeline in CRM Analyze referral sources, trends, and conversion rates to support strategic decision-making. Meet monthly/quarterly referral targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Experience in referral development, outreach, marketing, community relations, or sales (healthcare/ABA preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships. Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organization. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable working independently and in the community. Preferred Skills Background in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, early intervention, pediatrics, or social services. Experience presenting to groups or professionals.
